INSET Workshops across Europe: roadshow on Industrial Symbiosis

INSET launches Europe-wide workshops this autumn to transform industrial collaboration. From Lithuania to France, discover how companies can share resources & by-products through Industrial Symbiosis—turning waste into opportunity & driving circular economy action.

INSET – Industrial Symbiosis for Enterprises and Training has developed a comprehensive toolkit to support the transition from understanding innovative business models—based on exchanging by-products and resources between companies in a given area—to implementing concrete actions at the local level.
Industrial symbiosis enables entities and companies that traditionally operate separately to collaborate in sharing resources, contributing to enhanced sustainability with environmental, economic, and social benefits.
This autumn, six European partners from Lithuania to France are launching a series of workshops designed to empower communities, businesses, and professionals to embrace Industrial Symbiosis (IS) as a catalyst for the circular economy transition.
Indeed, Industrial symbiosis has proven to be more than just an environmental concept—it’s a collaborative pathway for multiple stakeholders within the same territory, structured to achieve efficient resource and by-product utilization, extend product lifecycles, and promote sustainable regional development.
The INSET toolkit provides everything needed to launch IS projects in your territory: comprehensive training for IS Planners and Managers (100 hours of certified learning), a collection of 10 inspiring best practices from diverse sectors, a practical networking handbook to connect stakeholders and identify synergies, and an innovative mobile app consolidating all resources for 24/7 access.Join us at one of these upcoming workshops:
